An expert shared an apple cider vinegar tip to help burn fat fast. 

Nutritionist Lily Soutter said: “Studies show that enjoying a daily dose of apple cider vinegar alongside a balanced diet may help you to reach your weight loss goals.

“This may be due to apple cider vinegar’s rich content of acetic acid which is responsible for its characteristic tangy flavour.

“Whilst it is not yet fully understood why this happens, it is thought that acetic acid may stimulate a pathway which reduces the storage of fat, whilst increasing the rate at which the body burns fat.
