Super Bowl 54 basically saw America eat its own body weight in snacks. Frozen pizza and popcorn sales were through the roof, but for Kaia Gerber, the annual sporting event came with some gym prep.
The 18-year-old model and daughter to Cindy Crawford took to Instagram just hours before the Kansas City Chiefs kicked off against the San Fransisco 49ers, and Kaia was definitely pumping some major iron ahead of the game. Kaia’s Instagram stories showed her sweating it out in the gym – Kaia wasn’t doing gentle Pilates on a mat.

Kaia’s video showed her flaunting her super-slim and muscular frame straight from the gym. The brunette was in animal mode as she squatted with a heavy barbell resting on her shoulders, also showing off her gym-honed frame in eye-catching sportswear.
Kaia was rocking a t-back sports bra in white, pairing the itty-bitty upper with a tight black pair of yoga pants. The ensemble was doing wonders for Kaia’s strong and slender back, sculpted shoulders, long legs, and peachy booty.
“Super Bowl training,” Kaia wrote to accompany her video.
