Charlize Theron fits in an intense hot yoga workout amid a busy awards season for Bombshell 

Charlize Theron wasn’t letting awards season get in the way of her workout routine.

The Bombshell actress looked like she had put in quite the effort after a hot yoga session in LA on Friday.

The South African talent, 44, was flushed as she left her local studio to pack her things away in her car.

The Academy Award winner was dressed for comfort, rocking black leggings and a matching tank with a strappy sports bra beneath.

She carried along a puffy white coat, orange yoga mat and green scarf while walking around in white Birkenstock sandals. The star was makeup free, letting her natural skin shine through. 

Charlize was lucky to fit in some fitness amid what’s been a busy awards season for the star.

While Theron has yet to win for her portrayal of former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly, she’s got several upcoming opportunites to get gold.

She’ll compete for best actress at the BAFTA Awards in London, England, on February 2, and at the Academy Awards in Hollywood on February 9.

In a recent interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Theron spoke about how proud she is of Bombshell, which details how Kelly and other women at Fox News took on Fox News head Roger Ailes and the toxic workplace environment he presided over.

‘What’s been so amazing about screening this film is how this movie makes a lot of, not just women, men too, want to talk about this,’ she told Ellen.

‘And also share their own experiences, which to me is so beautiful because I do think there’s so much stigma, still, around a lot of women who experience sexual harassment.’

Theron stars in Bombshell with Nicole Kidman, Margot Robbie, Kate McKinnon and John Lithgow. The film is currently in theaters.
