Glow, PopSugar’s fitness and wellness marketplace, is catering to women on the go with a new workout solution, the four-week fitness program “Full-Body Fusion.”
Featuring
five fitness experts and workouts including strength, cardio, flexibility and yoga tailored to all fitness levels, the program is available for a one-time purchase of $19.99. Users have access to 25 workout videos, each under 45 minutes.
The program is available across mobile, laptop,
tablet or TV through Glow by PopSugar. The Glow platform features other wellness and fitness products, such as healthy-living guides, meal plans and merchandise through its platform.

Trainers
include Jake DuPree, who is a popular host on PopSugar Fitness’ Class FitSugar series, holistic health coach, yoga teacher and author Koya Webb, fitness professional Raneir Pollard, Boxing and
Bubbles creator Christa DiPaolo and former Broadway dancer and Radio City Rockette turned celebrity trainer Amanda Kloots.
“Full-Body Fusion” joins other workout plans, like
“30 Days to a Flat Belly!,” “Jake DuPree’s 21-Day Full-Body Transformation” and the Active by PopSugar fitness subscription.
PopSugar founder-president Lisa Sugar
noted “the new year is when people are looking for fitness inspiration,” which prompted the brand to launch its program now on its fitness marketplace.
Glow launched in March 2019.
