The Arizona Cardinals will be in attendance for free agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s workout, the NFL said in a statement on Thursday.

Kaepernick, who just turned 32 earlier this month, will be conducting a workout for at least 11 NFL teams in Atlanta on Saturday.

“Arizona, Atlanta, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Miami, New England, New York Giants, New York Jets, Tampa Bay and Washington — have already committed to attend, and it’s only Thursday,” the league said. “With two days remaining until the workout, we expect additional teams to commit.

“Former NFL head coach Hue Jackson will lead the drills, and former NFL head coach Joe Philbin will be in attendance as well. We will send video of the workout and interview to all 32 teams, including head coaches and general managers.”

Kaepernick last played in an NFL game in 2016 for the San Francisco 49ers and has been a free agent ever since opting out of his contract in March of 2017.

The former second-round pick’s best season of his six-year career came in 2013 — just one year after losing Super Bowl XLVII to the Baltimore Ravens — when he threw for 3,197 yards and a career-high 21 touchdown passes, along with 524 rushing yards and four scores.

Kaepernick also led the 49ers to a 12-4 record that season before losing to the eventual Super Bowl XLVIII champion Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship Game.
