British lifestyle retailer Oliver Bonas may expand into other Irish cities following its opening of a store on the corner of Exchequer Street and Drury Street in Dublin city centre.
This 210 sq m outlet includes 22 Exchequer Street, which is owned by BCP International Property Fund, as well as 37 and 38 Drury Street where the landlord is Stephen Graham of Graham Shoes. While the rents quoted were €200,000, it is understood that Colliers negotiated a deal for the retailer at a different level.
The chain designs its own fashion and homeware collections which will appeal to tourists who visit the area known as Creative Quarter.
It already has a store in Belfast and may consider opening stores in Cork and Galway.
