A PASSENGER made the bizarre decision to do a personal work out during a flight – using his own gym equipment he took onto the plane
The muscly man was spotted pumping his arms and chest while standing in the aisle of the cabin.

The moment was shared by Instagram account Passenger Shaming.
In the video, the man is wearing a blue tank top and black trousers as he stands near the bulkhead.
Using the elasticated cable, he then lifts his arms up and down, strengthening his arms and his chest.
No-one else on the flight appears to notice, with a woman next to him not paying him attention.
The video has been viewed over 215,000 times in 24 hours – with social media users just as horrified.

One person wrote: “What the actual?”
Another said: “No. No. No.”
Someone joked: “Apparently it’s a bedroom, living room, bathroom, hair & nail salon, change room AND a gym! Planes are so versatile these days!!!!”
Passengers are often seen doing inappropriate things in the cabin – including pedicures and weeing.
Some passengers were on his side, saying: “Eh this isn’t that bad.”
Another person added: “I often get very stiff and in pain on long flights (to Europe or Asia) and I will sometimes get up and do some squats and standing stretches. It makes the stiffness and pain go away. Is this wrong?”
However, many quickly replied with why it was so wrong, explaining: “Clearly never smelled someone who is working out in a small space with limited air circulation.”
